With extensive experience creating value for institutional and high net worth investors across multiple real estate asset classes, Timberline Real Estate Partners is the real estate developer and operating partner to move your project forward.
Our careful selection of unique assets with extraordinary siting provides investment durability – properties capable of generating excess return in both good times and bad. Not burdened by prescriptive investment horizons, business plans, and capital structures, our investment partnerships adapt to the opportunity. We blend well-located real estate, unique experiences, risk management, and investment discipline to yield positive long-term investment outcomes, always striving to add lasting value to the communities in which we invest.
Our real estate investment and development proclivities are grounded in multiple decades and billions of dollars of ownership, management, and development experience across virtually all asset classes. As a result, we have formed strong opinions about how best to deploy capital. On one hand we embrace risk, while on the other, we minimize exposure to those risks we can’t control. For us, the two most important risk mitigants are great location and great people and partners.
At the asset level, we focus on misunderstood, overlooked, and underappreciated opportunities where we can generate positive alpha through asset management, repositioning, or development. Because we are not burdened by prescriptive investment horizons, business plans, or capital structures, we are able to adapt to each opportunity, evaluate a variety of potential strategies, and choose the best possible path for each asset and partnership.
